All maintenance items are handled through our office. Property Owners will be notified if maintenance expenses are to exceed a predetermined amount.
AVS Rentals LLC requires a completed rental application with verifiable income and a credit report will be acquired for all potential residents. A signed Parent Letter of Guarantee is required for all student renters. Security deposits are equal to or exceed one month’s rental amount.
