Everyone over the age of 18 must apply! We always encourage you to reach out to us to schedule a viewing prior to applying! If you have any questions regarding your application then please ask prior to applying. While we may be able to help guide or direct you, please understand that we can not guarantee anything until we received and reviewed a full complete application.
Applications may be submitted in office or online but are not complete, and the property is not removed from the market and will still be shown and available to rent to other interested parties, unless we have received all documents required on the application as well as the security deposit (which is refundable if your application is not approved) and the application fee (nonrefundable) is processed through.
Once you complete the application below, please reach out to our office at 803-303-6641. Please check your email as often times you will receive an email to confirm your information for the system to run your background/credit history. If you are having trouble uploading pay income/drivers license etc… please email us directly that information.
Application Fees are $60.00 per person. Application fees are nonrefundable!
Security Deposits are most often equal to one months rent and must be paid in certified funds. In order to fully secure the property you must pay the security deposit. If you are not approved, than your security deposit is returned to you immediately.
The security deposit and any applicable pet fees are to be brought to our office located at 1000 12th Street, Cayce, SC 29033 or ask us how you can pay that via certified funds.
If you are going to be receiving application fee and security deposit assistance, please reach immediately so we can coordinate that with the respective agency.
Also, most of our properties are Section 8 or State Housing Program(s) Friendly, so please ask! The full security deposit balance (minus any fees paid prior) is due before we can give you keys or we require proof that the organization is paying it. We will also require an executed HAP contract/or emailed confirmation if you owe any prorated rent prior to giving keys. If you are unable to move in due to a change in your housing program status at any time during the process than any fees/payments made are nonrefundable.
